I was looking at google charts earlier today so that I could add some charts to my link tracking plugin and ended up making a few charts to monitor e107 site performance. Google charts is a free to use API that allows you to display a range of graphical graphs on your website. All you need to do is call a URL with the required layout and data set in the parameters and the Google Chart API will return the image for you to use!

If you are looking to add some charts to your site can I suggest the following links:
The above php class is not the most sophisticated but it is easy to use and extend, I was unable to find one that “did everything” but this met my needs anyway so take a look if you don’t need to do anything extra complex!
e107 Key Performance Indicators
The code for this was pretty crude and it would be nice to tidy it up and make it more generic so it was easy to publish a range of graphs. Take a look here: e107 KPI graphs
If I extend this idea it would be great to have a little dashboard that outlined how well your site had done last month, year, or whatever.
What other stats would it be good to graph?
